The Green Ingredient Healthy Living Series mission is to educate the community of El Paso and to raise awareness on how our eating habits have an impact in our life's not only from the moment we eat it but impacting our health in the future.
We have joined forces with the Vegetarian Society of El Paso and we are happy to host a their President Greg Lawson to share a Eating to Prevent Cancer.
Greg Lawson is the Vice President of the Vegetarian Society of El Paso. He has been vegetarian for 40 years and vegan for the last twenty. He regularly gives cooking classes to members of the Vegetarian Society of El Paso and has been a featured speaker at a number of conferences including the Albuquerque VegFest in April 2016. Greg is a graduate of Main Street Vegan Academy in New York, where he was certified as a Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator.
